Job summary

ALDI is seeking enthusiastic part-time store associates to join our team. You will handle merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and cleaning to maintain a well-presented store. You will enhance the customer experience by collaborating with colleagues and delivering friendly service.

The role involves 25–29 hours per week at a starting wage of $18.50 per hour, with scheduled increases in Years 2–5. Prior retail experience is preferred and benefits are offered to eligible employees.

Qualifications

• Provide prompt and courteous customer service in a retail setting.
• Operate POS and cash handling with accuracy.
• Assist customers with product questions and location of items.
• Maintain store standards for shelves, displays, and cleanliness.
• Follow store policies, safety procedures, and loss-prevention guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise and stock products on shelves.
• Assist customers at checkout and in the aisles.
• Keep the store clean and organized according to planograms.
• Assist with curbside pickups and online orders where applicable.
• Maintain inventory procedures and proper product handling.
• Operate cash register and POS devices accurately.
• Monitor and report hazards and safety concerns to management.
• Collaborate with team to meet store goals.
