ALDI Brand is seeking enthusiastic part-time store associates, stockers and cashiers at our Portland, ME location. You will merchandise, stock products, operate the checkout, and maintain a clean, organized store environment.

This role supports store operations and delivers a positive shopping experience for customers. The position requires 18+ years old, a high school diploma or equivalent preferred, and prior retail experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Prompt, courteous customer service is essential.
• Ability to operate POS and store equipment.
• Ability to interpret and follow ALDI policies and procedures.
• Ability to communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing.

Responsabilités

• Assist customers at the cash register and with checkout.
• Stock shelves and ensure displays follow merchandising plans.
• Maintain clean, safe and organized store areas.
• Follow store procedures for cash handling and POS usage.
• Support management in achieving operational efficiency and loss-prevention goals.
• Open additional check lanes as needed to maintain efficient checkout.
