StoragePRO is seeking a part-time Assistant Store Manager in Eagle Mountain, UT. You will rent storage units, explain options, and provide friendly, responsive service while handling payments and records.

We value strong communication, reliability, and a positive attitude. The role requires a high school diploma, valid driver's license, US work authorization, and weekend availability. StoragePRO offers training, benefits, and opportunities for growth.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Outstanding customer service; self-storage/retail experience preferred
• Valid driver’s license
• Good communication and organizational skills; basic computer skills
• US work authorization

Responsabilidades

• Rent storage units, explaining different options and pricing to fit customer needs.
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and building positive relationships.
• Conduct regular facility inspections, ensuring cleanliness, security, and proper functioning of all equipment.
• Process payments, collect late fees, and maintain accurate financial records.
• Market and promote storage units and related products.
• Perform light maintenance tasks and report any major issues to designated personnel.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all tenant information and rental agreements.
• Uphold company policies and procedures, ensuring a safe and secure environment for all.
• Reports to District Manager
• Attendance is an essential job function
• Other duties as assigned
