Job summary

Public Storage is seeking a Property Manager to work across multiple locations in Utah, including Heber. You will assess customer storage needs, recommend packing supplies, and conduct daily inspections to ensure units are ready to rent.

You will handle cash drawers, deposits, and keep customers current on payments, with reminders and collections as needed. A valid driver's license and own vehicle are required for travel between properties.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service centered sales environments (retail, restaurant, or service-based).
• Must have a valid driver’s license and use own vehicle for travel between locations.

Responsibilities

• Assess customer storage needs and make recommendations, including packing/moving supplies.
• Perform daily storage unit inspections to ensure inventory and readiness to rent.
• Audit cash drawers and make bank deposits as part of daily operations.
• Assist customers in staying current with payments and perform reminder/collection calls when required.
