You will manage daily operations, support light maintenance, coordinate marketing efforts, and engage with the local business community while developing leadership within the team.

Qualifications

• Weekend availability is required to meet customer demand and leasing cycles.
• Experience managing leasing, retail, or operations supports property performance.
• Proven ability to generate business and close leads through sales or marketing.
• Clear verbal and written communication helps in negotiations and documentation.
• Energetic, adaptable, and open to new ideas and direction changes.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Be the sales champion, converting inquiries into storage rentals.
• Elevate the customer experience with facility tours and interactions.
• Ensure the facility is clean, well-maintained, and presentation-ready.
• Conduct daily inspections for premium presentation.
• Implement marketing plans following company guidelines.
• Establish presence in local associations and community functions.
• Participate in sales training and industry events.
• Mentor and empower assistant managers with sales acumen.
