Part-Time Stockroom Operations Associate (Early Morning)

Join Kohl's as a Part-Time Stockroom Operations Associate (Early Morning) and contribute to a dynamic retail environment.

About the Role

In this role, you will deliver excellent customer service and ensure smooth store operations. Your responsibilities include processing freight, replenishment, and omni-channel fulfillment efficiently.

What You’ll Do

1. Receive and process product, including unloading shipments and managing stockroom operations.
2. Replenish the sales floor based on sales trends and seasonal needs.
3. Engage customers by greeting them and assisting with products and services.
4. Follow all product protection standards.
5. Participate in training new hires on Kohl’s standards, product knowledge, inventory procedures, and tools, as directed by store leadership.

Required Skills
