Part-Time Stockroom Operations Associate (Early Morning)

Join Kohl's as a Part-Time Stockroom Operations Associate (Early Morning).

About the Role: In this position, you will provide excellent customer service and ensure smooth store operations. Your responsibilities include processing freight, replenishing stock, and managing omni-channel fulfillment.

Required Availability: Starting at 6:00 am.

What You’ll Do:

• Receive and process products, including unloading shipments and executing stockroom and omni-channel operations.
• Replenish the sales floor based on sell-through and seasonal needs.
• Engage with customers by greeting them and assisting with products and services.
• Follow all product protection standards.
• Participate in training for new hires on Kohl’s standards, product knowledge, inventory procedures, and tools, as directed by store leadership.

All Associate Responsibilities:

• Act with integrity, honesty, and foster teamwork in an inclusive environment.
• Exercise good judgment and make appropriate decisions with input from partners.
• Prioritize customer service by anticipating needs and resolving issues satisfactorily.
• Support POS and customer service teams to ensure quick transactions and a compelling customer experience.

• Handle multiple tasks within set timeframes.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
• Respond proactively to directions from supervisors and managers.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Skills:

• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to multitask and pay attention to detail.
• Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• No retail experience required.
• Must be 16 years or older.
• Flexible availability, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in retail or service industries.

Starting pay is $13.00 per hour.
