About The Role

In this role, you will deliver excellent customer service and ensure the smooth execution of store operations. You will efficiently process freight, handle replenishment, and support omni-channel operations.

Required Availability: 6:00am Start

What You’ll Do

• Receive and process products, including unloading shipments and executing stockroom operations and omni-channel fulfillment
• Replenish the sales floor based on sell-through and seasonal changes
• Engage customers by greeting them and assisting with products and services
• Follow all product protection standards
• Participate in training new hires on Kohl’s standards, product knowledge, inventory procedures, and tools, as directed by store leadership

• Exercise good judgment and make appropriate decisions, involving partners when necessary
• Provide excellent customer service, anticipating needs and resolving issues satisfactorily

• Manage multiple tasks within established timeframes
• Follow company policies, procedures, standards, and safety guidelines
• Respond proactively to directions from supervisors and managers

Required Skills

• No retail experience required
• Must be 16 years or older

Pay Range: $15.00 - $21.65
