Part-Time Stockroom Operations Associate (Early Morning)

About The Role

In this role, you will deliver excellent customer service and ensure the smooth execution of store operations. Responsibilities include processing freight, replenishment, and omni-channel operations.

What You’ll Do

• Receive and process product, including unloading shipments and managing stockroom and omni-channel fulfillment.
• Replenish the sales floor based on sell-through and seasonal changes.
• Engage customers by greeting them and offering assistance.
• Follow all product protection standards.
• Participate in training for new hires on Kohl’s standards, product knowledge, inventory procedures, and tools, under store leadership guidance.

Minimum Requirements

• No prior retail experience required.
• Must be 16 years or older.
• Flexible availability including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

• Experience in retail or service industries.
