Job summary

Under Armour, Inc. is seeking a Stock Associate (Part-Time) in Lee, MA to keep shelves stocked, manage product flow, and assist customers. You will work closely with a team to maintain store organization and ensure smooth operations behind the scenes.

The role requires 18+ years old, flexible scheduling including holidays and weekends, and strong communication skills. Basic English is acceptable, and familiarity with technology is a plus in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Requirements include being at least 18 years old (16 in EMEA region) and able to work holidays, nights and weekends.
• Local language fluency required; basic English is a plus.
• Strong communication and physical ability to stand, lift, and move cartons up to 25 lbs.
• Comfortable with technology (computers, handheld/mobile devices).

Responsibilities

• Process merchandise shipments.
• Replenish the sales floor.
• Manage markdowns and re-ticketing, stock transfers and damaged goods.
• Ensure store, sales floor, and stockrooms are clean and organized.
• Deliver omni-channel requests per UA process and policy.
• Model UA service culture and customer expectations.
• Adhere to visual standards for merchandise presentation.
• Follow safety standards and report concerns to leadership.
• Comply with Loss Prevention policies and alert management of unusual activity.
• Collaborate with teammates to achieve store goals.
• Pursue self-development and growth opportunities.
