Job summary

Under Armour is seeking a Stock Associate to keep shelves stocked, ensure smooth product flow, and maintain a great customer experience. You’ll work with a team to process shipments, replenish the floor, and support omni-channel requests while upholding UA standards.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old (16 in some regions).
• Willingness to work flexible hours including nights and weekends.
• Local language fluency required; basic English a plus.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, bend and lift cartons up to 25 lbs/12 kgs.

Responsibilities

• Process merchandise shipments.
• Replenish the sales floor.
• Manage markdowns, re-ticketing and stock transfers.
• Keep store and stockrooms clean and organized.
• Handle omni-channel requests per UA processes.
• Model the UA service culture and customer expectations.
• Adhere to loss prevention policies and report concerns.
