Job summary

Under Armour in Tilton, NH is seeking a Stock Associate to keep shelves stocked, products flowing, and customers happy in a fast-paced environment. You will work closely with a great team to ensure merchandise moves smoothly from stockroom to floor and omni-channel requests are fulfilled.

The role requires physical stamina, flexibility, and basic English; you should be comfortable with technology and eager to learn UA standards.

Qualifications

• To be considered, minimum requirements include: 18+ years old (16+ in the EMEA Region)
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including holidays, nights, weekends
• Local language fluency; basic English is a plus
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to perform essential functions of the role
• Ability to stand, lift, walk, bend and lift cartons up to 25 lbs/12 kgs per shift
• Comfortable with or willing to learn technology (computers, hand-held and mobile devices)

Responsibilities

• Process merchandise shipments
• Replenish the sales floor
• Manage markdowns and re-ticketing, stock transfers and damaged goods
• Ensure store, sales floor, and stockrooms are cleaned and organized
• Deliver omni-channel requests in line with UA policy
• Model UA service culture and customer expectations
• Support and adhere to Under Armour's visual standards for merchandise presentation
• Follow safety standards on the sales floor and stockroom; communicate safety concerns to leadership
• Adhere to Loss Prevention policies and report unusual activity
• Collaborate with teammates to achieve store goals
• Pursue self-development and growth opportunities
