Job summary

Under Armour, Inc. is seeking a Sales Associate, PT in Lee, MA. You will be the brand face, delivering standout customer experiences, driving sales, and keeping the store sharp.

Qualifications

• At least 16 years old (or 18 years old in California)
• Lift up to 25 lbs./12 kgs
• Local language fluency required; basic English is a plus
• Flexible schedule including holidays, nights and weekends
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to perform essential functions of the role
• Ability to bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder and stand for extended periods
• Comfortable with or willing to learn technology (computers, hand-held and mobile devices)

Responsibilities

• Offer great customer service, from a sincere greeting to an efficient check out
• Suggest the right apparel and footwear to bring out the best in each customer
• Share what you know and love about our products
• Stock, straighten and clean the store
• Work both front and back of store including point of sale and payment processes
• Deliver omni-channel requests through digital experience
• Demonstrate collaborative skills and ability to work well within a team
• Demonstrate ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment
