Job summary

LoveShackFancy is seeking a talented and creative individual who is incredibly hardworking, highly motivated, organized and efficient, adaptable, energetic, professional, collaborative, supportive, and a great communicator to join our stock team.

You will handle receiving shipments, stock organization, transfers between stores and warehouse, and stock checks while maintaining the brand’s signature aesthetic and fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must have fashion knowledge and experience.
• Must understand LoveShackFancy brand and aesthetic and have an eye for fashion merchandising.
• Be detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to multi-task and coordinate with different departments.

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming shipments and ensure stock is scanned and discrepancies reported.
• Assist store associates with retrieving stock.
• Organize stock across locations.
• Transfer units between stores and the warehouse.
• Conduct stock checks.

ROLE OVERVIEW

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Receiving incoming shipments, processing and making sure all stock is accurately scanned in and report on discrepancies
• Assisting store associates with retrieving stock
• Organization of the stock
• Transferring units throughout stores and the warehouse
• Handling stock checks
