Job summary

Hillspring of Springboro in Springboro, OH is hiring STNAs for full-time, part-time and PRN roles. Pay ranges from $17 to $21.50 per hour based on experience and licensure, with additional evening/weekend shift differentials.

Qualifications

• Meet the state eligible requirements for STNA.
• Has a sincere desire to work with elderly and enjoys working directly with residents, staff and families.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care and ADL needs for the patients/residents per the care plan.
• Acts as part of the nursing care team to promote excellent care delivery to our patients
• Documents care in the electronic medical record
• Provides feedback for individualizing resident care plans
