Job summary

Code2College is seeking a Part-Time Program Coordinator to support its mission of helping minority and low-income high school students excel in STEM. You will work with a portfolio of schools in Abilene, Texas and across the United States, coordinating in-person and virtual classes, events, and recruitment to drive student success.

This hybrid role requires evening and occasional weekend availability, strong communication, and a proactive approach to program data, outreach, and community

Qualifications

• Experience in a 6-12 setting prioritized.
• Experience in an education setting is preferred.
• Authorization to work in the United States required.

Responsibilities

• Support a portfolio of student participants in Abilene, Texas and across the United States, serving as a consistent point of contact throughout their program experience.
• Lead student check-ins, monitor engagement and participation, and provide follow-up and support as needed.
• Support virtual and in-person Code2College classes, including observing classes and helping ensure students have the support they need to participate and succeed.
• Draft and coordinate student-facing communications, reminders, and other program materials.
• Support student recruitment and onboarding activities.
