iFLY Holdings, LLC is seeking a passionate STEM Educator for a part-time, flexible role in Tampa, FL. You will guide elementary through high school students through hands-on STEM activities related to our wind tunnel, delivering in-person presentations and coordinating with flight instructors.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in science, engineering, mathematics, STEM education, or related field
Mastery of science and mathematics concepts covered in K-12 curriculum
Experience teaching groups up to 130 students
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
Strong public speaking and classroom management abilities

Responsibilities

Deliver in-person presentations introducing grade-appropriate STEM concepts in the wind tunnel
Collaborate with Flight Instructors to demonstrate object behavior in the wind tunnel
Facilitate grade-appropriate science activities or experiments
Engage with teachers and parents to gather feedback on the Education Program
Work with staff to ensure successful program implementation
Communicate with Education Program staff to improve the program
