As a Sanitation Team Member, you will play a critical role in maintaining a safe, clean, and compliant food production environment. Your work will directly support food safety standards, operational efficiency, and product quality by ensuring processing equipment and facility areas are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized according to established procedures. ## WHAT YOU WILL DO... * Clean and sanitize food processing equipment in accordance with established SSOPs (Sanitation Standard Operating Procedures).* Perform end-of-production, end-of-week, and equipment changeover cleaning activities.* Complete facility sanitation and master cleaning assignments as scheduled.* Mix, handle, and apply cleaning chemicals according to safety guidelines and manufacturer instructions.* Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and all food safety requirements.* Adhere to required safety protocols, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and lockout/tagout procedures.* Complete and maintain required certifications and training, including: Lockout/Tagout Fall Protection Aerial Lift Operation Confined Space Safety* Perform general housekeeping and janitorial duties, including: Sweeping and mopping floors Refilling soap and paper towel dispensers Operating auto floor scrubbers Maintaining cleanliness throughout the facility* Work weekends and adjust schedules as needed to support sanitation requirements.* Perform other duties as assigned by the Plant Services Supervisor or Plant Services Shift Lead.## WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH... * Plant Services Shift Lead* Plant Services Supervisor* Production and Operations team members* Food Safety and Quality teams* Maintenance and facility support personnel ## WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE...
