Job summary

Responsibilities

• Develops and teaches summer or after school classes with a strong academic component linked to school day learning and standards.
• Provides academic tutoring and assists students with homework completion.
• Connects with school day teachers regarding student understanding and progress.
• Completes reporting and evaluation documentation for the grant activity.
• Assists site administrator in maintaining a safe environment for program participants.
• Coordinates, distributes and cleans up daily snacks if applicable.
• Monitors student behavior and reports incidents to the site administrator.
• Meets with site administrator for staff meetings as required.
