Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective and current families, delivering a warm, welcoming experience.
• Guide tours, explain STEAM curriculum pathways, and articulate the value of Steamoji's offerings to parents.
• Manage family communications, gather feedback, and resolve concerns to support retention and satisfaction.
