Neighborhood LTC Pharmacy in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Part-time Staff Pharmacist to join our team. The role includes verifying multidose packaging, providing consultations to nurses and prescribers, and ensuring accurate data entry in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Formación

• PharmD degree required.
• Active Arizona Pharmacist license or ability to obtain before starting.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Verify multidose medication packaging and MARs.
• Provide consultations to nurses, prescribers and other providers.
• Complete accurate pharmacy data entry.
• Review medication therapies, interactions and clinical concerns.
• Administer a variety of injections.
• Participate in medication review committees as needed.
