Neighborhood LTC Pharmacy is seeking a Part-time Staff Pharmacist in Phoenix, AZ to support our 100% employee-owned pharmacy serving individuals with IDD and behavioral health needs.

The role involves verifying packaging, providing clinician consultations, data entry, and reviewing therapies, with injections and committee participation as needed.

Competenze

• Pharmacist degree required.
• Active Arizona pharmacist license or ability to obtain before starting.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.

Mansioni

• Verify multidose medication packaging and MARs.
• Provide consultations to nurses, prescribers and other healthcare providers.
• Complete accurate pharmacy data entry.

Neighborhood is now hiring a Part-time Staff Pharmacist to join our team in Phoenix, AZ.

Description

Neighborhood LTC Pharmacy is a 100% employee-owned, closed-door pharmacy specializing in care for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) and behavioral health needs.

The Day-to-Day

• Verify multidose medication packaging and MARs
• Provide consultations to nurses, prescribers and other healthcare providers
• Complete accurate pharmacy data entry
• Review medication therapies, interactions and clinical concerns
• Administer a variety of injections
• Participate in medication review committees as needed
• Work alongside pharmacists and technicians to keep medications accurate and on time

Compensation details:

58-68 Hourly Wage
