Job summary

Neighborhood LTC Pharmacy in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Staff Pharmacist to join our 100% employee-owned team. The position is full-time with hours Monday to Friday 9AM–5:30PM and rotating Saturdays 10AM–2PM, supporting care for individuals with IDD and behavioral health needs.

The role requires PharmD from an accredited school, active AZ license, and strong knowledge of pharmacy laws. Leadership and the ability to pass a background check and drug screen are preferred.

Qualifications

• PharmD degree from an accredited institution.
• Active Arizona pharmacist license in good standing, or ability to obtain before starting.
• Strong knowledge of pharmacy laws and regulations.
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Verify multidose medication packaging and MARs.
• Provide consultations to nurses, prescribers and other healthcare providers.
• Complete accurate pharmacy data entry.
• Review medication therapies, interactions and clinical concerns.
• Administer a variety of injections.
• Participate in medication review committees as needed.
• Work alongside pharmacists and technicians to keep medications accurate and on time.
