Qualifications

• 2–3+ years of corporate accounting experience
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field preferred
• Strong MS Excel skills required to manage spreadsheets and reports

Responsibilities

• Performing bank reconciliations
• Verifying and correcting banking information in the accounting system
• Updating contract and expense tracking spreadsheets
• Assisting with budget season workbook and spreadsheet updates
• Downloading and filing investment statements and reports
• Supporting 1099 preparation and year-end compliance activities
