• Experience with month-end close and producing financial reports.

Responsibilities

• Own core accounting activities including reconciliations and journal entries.
• Maintain reliable financial records and assist monthly/quarterly closes.
• Develop dashboards and reporting views for leadership.
• Assist in evaluating and migrating to a new financial platform.
• Improve recurring workflows and automation with AI considerations.
• Collaborate with senior staff on financial strategy and ad hoc matters.
• Plan workload around month-end, quarter-end, and year-end cycles.
