Job summary

Nashville Soccer Club is seeking ambitious individuals to join our operations team to help run Geodis Park events in a part-time capacity. Expect 15–20 hours per week on an as-needed basis.

Responsibilities include venue setup and breakdown for MLS events, MLS standardization of locker rooms and fields, assisting visiting teams and the referee crew, managing event logistics, signage, and equipment movement. Must be flexible, physically fit, and team-oriented.

Qualifications

• Available for all (most) Nashville SC home matches.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays, as necessary.
• Must possess strong communication (verbal and written) and organizational skills.
• Dependable and team-oriented with a service attitude.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand or walk for long periods of time.
• Willingness to work in extreme conditions of different weather elements.
• Outgoing personality, highly energetic, and enthusiastic.
• Experience in athletics, event planning execution or leading a small team preferred.
• Ability to work comfortably both independently and in a team environment.
• Must be able to interact with all levels of the organization and represent the Stadium Operations Team in a professional manner.

Responsibilities

• Assist with venue setup and breakdown for MLS events.
• Ensure locker room and field setups meet MLS standardization requirements.
• Assist in servicing the needs of the visiting teams on game day.
• Provide support for the referee crew before, during, and after the game.
• Work with ball retrievers during the event.
• Stock event spaces.
• Create and place signage.
• Assist with laundry duties post-event.
• Assist with other major events and private events as needed.
• Operate heavy machinery and maintain inventory for logistics operations.
• Collaborate with other departments during the preparation and execution of events.
• Help with the movement and storage of the department’s equipment.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
