Responsibilities

• Recruit and maintain Spiritual Care Volunteers for various shifts.
• Organize spiritual care trainings for patient-facing staff.
• Coordinate with church partners and staff to connect patients with local congregations.
• Lead regular prayers and foster a supportive spiritual environment.
