Job summary

Lighthouse Mission Ministries in Washington state seeks a Part-time Spiritual Care Coordinator to support recovery and shelter programs. You will work with the Director of Spiritual Care to provide Christian spiritual guidance, facilitate activities, and respond to crises.

The role emphasizes planning group classes, chapel services, and Bible studies, while maintaining confidentiality and ethical standards. Schedule Tue-Fri, 8:00am-1:00pm, with occasional weekends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Theology (preferred) or related field.
• Commitment to Gospel-centered, mercy-based ministry.
• Experience with homelessness, poverty, or recovery preferred.
• Ability to maintain professional boundaries and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Provide spiritual care to residents 1:1 and in groups.
• Offer Biblical encouragement, prayer, and guidance.
• Plan and facilitate chapel services and Bible studies.
• Document care plans and spiritual goals in the database.
• Refer residents to appropriate staff when needed.
• Uphold mission, values, and ethical standards.
• Serve as mandated reporter per policy and law.
• Collaborate with program directors and volunteers.
