Guardian Angel Home Care Inc. is seeking compassionate Speech-Language Pathologists to join our nationwide team. We offer part-time and PRN opportunities for clinicians providing in-home therapy across California and other states.

As an SLP you will evaluate, treat, and educate patients with speech, cognitive, and swallowing disorders, collaborating with physicians, nurses, and caregivers to promote independence and quality of life in the home setting.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Current SLP license in the state of practice.
• CCC-SLP certification preferred.
• Current CPR certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients with speech, language, cognitive, voice, and swallowing disorders.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on physician orders and patient needs.
• Provide skilled speech therapy services in home health settings.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and home programs.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team for coordinated care.
• Complete timely clinical documentation and participate in case conferences.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Maintain compliance with regulations and agency policies.
