Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provides evaluation and treatment of hospital patients in rehabilitation services.
• Develops individualized, age-appropriate therapy goals based on assessment results.
• Maintains thorough documentation per state law, accrediting agencies, and payers.
• Maintains confidentiality and promotes patient safety and quality care.
• Collaborates with managers and front desk staff to support scheduling and productivity.
