Qualifications

• Current, valid state license in speech-language pathology.
• CCC-SLP certification with CFY supervision requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose and treat speech, language, cognitive-communication and swallowing disorders in adults.
• Provide aural rehabilitation and AAC solutions for home-based patients.
• Other duties as assigned.
