Job summary

Clear Creek ISD is seeking a Part-Time Speech-Language Pathologist to plan and provide evaluation and therapy services to students with disabilities under special education guidelines.

Responsibilities include conducting evaluations, delivering therapy per IEP goals, collaborating with staff, and supervising assistants and interns while integrating technology into therapy. Texas licensure and CCC/TEA certification are required.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree or higher in speech-language pathology from an accredited program.
  • Valid Texas license as Speech-Language Pathologist and CCC/TEA certification.
  • CFY internship allowed to practice under supervision during post-master’s internship.
  • Bachelor’s degree with TX license and TEA certification in Speech-Language Pathology.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct speech-language evaluations/reevaluations and prepare written reports.
  • Provide speech-language therapy services following TEA/TX guidelines.
  • Plan and deliver direct and consultative services aligned with IEP goals.
  • Collaborate with general and special education staff to determine needs and goals.
  • Monitor progress, maintain therapy logs, and adjust therapy accordingly.
  • Assist in supervision of assistants and interns; integrate technology as appropriate.
  • Utilize data-driven decisions to improve therapy services and outcomes.
