Therapeutic Focus, LLC is seeking a highly motivated Speech Language Pathologist to join our West Memphis team for part-time, in-person pediatric services. You will conduct initial assessments, implement treatment plans, and document progress while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to support each child's communication goals.

Arkansas licensure is required, and candidates should be proficient in clinical documentation. This is an in-person role at our West Memphis clinic.

Therapeutic Focus is a family-oriented outpatient pediatric therapy clinic seeking a highly motivated, passionate, coachable, tech savvy and creative Speech Language Pathologist to join our growing team. Our mission is to alleviate cognitive and developmental deficiencies in children by providing safe, ethical and individualized treatment services that will prepare them to thrive within society. We provide outpatient and school-based therapy to children throughout Arkansas, Tennessee, and Louisiana.

We are currently looking for a part time, in-person Speech-Language Pathologist (Evaluator/school based) to join our team and provide pediatric services at our West Memphis location.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school
• Computer literate and proficient in clinical documentation
• Basic Internet navigation skills
• Valid state and national license (where applicable)-Speech Language Pathologist (Arkansas)

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

• Ability to understand and prepare moderately complex written materials, such as patient records.
• Ability to communicate verbally with Associates, physicians and other outside professionals.
• Ability to work without close supervision and to exercise independent judgment.
• Ability to organize multiple tasks and projects and maintain control of work flow.
