Job summary

Therapeutic Focus, LLC is a family-oriented outpatient pediatric therapy clinic seeking a highly motivated Occupational Therapist to join our growing team. We provide outpatient and school-based therapy to children in Arkansas and Tennessee, and we are currently looking for a Part-Time in person OT to service children in the West Memphis, Arkansas community.

The ideal candidate will be a graduate of an accredited program, computer literate with strong clinical documentation skills, and hold

• Basic Internet navigation skills
• Valid state and national license (where applicable)-Occupational Therapy (Arkansas)

Responsibilities

• Evaluates students via initial patient assessment.
• Devise written treatment plans.
• Implements patient treatments based on assessment and written plan.
• Provides ongoing patient assessment through observation of patient and review of records.
• Identifies patient specific therapy rehabilitation learning needs and provides appropriate education.
• Demonstrates initiative in identifying opportunities for self-development and enhancement of professional competency.

Our mission is to alleviate cognitive and developmental deficiencies in children by providing safe, ethical and individualized treatment services that will prepare them to thrive within society. We provide outpatient and school-based therapy to children in Arkansas and Tennessee.

We are currently looking for a Part-Time in person Occupational Therapist to service children in the West Memphis, Arkansas community.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

• Ability to understand and prepare moderately complex written materials, such as patient records.
• Ability to communicate verbally with other therapy disciplines, teachers, physicians and other outside professionals.
• Ability to work without close supervision and to exercise independent judgment.
• Ability to organize multiple tasks and projects and maintain control of work flow.
