Job summary

Northborough-Southborough Public Schools is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to provide part-time contract services within Student Support Services. The role focuses on direct, group, and collaboration to meet IEP goals and support student communication during the school day.

The ideal candidate holds a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology, is ASHA CCC eligible or certified, and has MA licensure. Experience in educational settings and IEP team collaboration is preferred.

Qualifications

• Required: Master’s degree from an ASHA-approved SLP program.
• Required: ASHA CCC or eligibility for CF.
• Licensed by MA Board of Registration for Speech-Language Pathologists.
• Initial or Professional Licensure from DESE.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct, individual, small group, and large group speech-language therapy.
• Collaborate with IEP team for eligibility, goals, progress, and caseload management.
• Deliver evidence-based intervention for diverse communication disorders.
• Supervise SLP Assistants as appropriate per state guidelines.
• Maintain HIPAA/FERPA compliant documentation and Medicaid claims as needed.
