Job summary

Soliant Health is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist for a full-time, school-based contract near Brockton, MA. You will provide therapy across articulation, language, fluency, and voice disorders, while collaborating with educators and families to support student goals.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Massachusetts SLP license or eligible.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech and language therapy to students with communication disorders, including articulation, language, fluency, and voice disorders.
• Conduct screenings and assessments to determine the needs of students.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment results and collaborate with educators and parents to set goals.
• Document and track student progress in accordance with state and district regulations.
• Collaborate with school staff, including teachers, special education teams, and administrators, to create a supportive and inclusive environment for students.
• Participate in IEP meetings and help develop goals and objectives for students.
• Maintain a caseload of students, ensuring timely and effective delivery of therapy services.
