Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech/Language Pathology and licensure requirements.
• Proficiency with EMR systems and basic office software.
• Ability to read, write and communicate effectively in English.

Responsibilities

• Oversees therapy aides' care according to regulations and standards.
• Maintains productivity and adjusts hours to meet patient needs.
• Incorporates evidence-based practices and acts as a clinical instructor.
• Adapts to patient census changes and supports other centers as needed.
• Ensures safety for employees and patients in daily activities.
• Participates in community outreach and patient education
• Performs evaluations, sets goals, and documents progress.
• Discharges patients when max benefit is reached and codes appropriately.
