Trinity Health Of New England is seeking a part-time Speech-Language Pathologist for the Acute Care Rehab team at Saint Francis Hospital in Hartford, CT. Responsibilities include evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of speech, language, and cognitive disorders, with emphasis on dysphagia evaluation and instrumental studies.

Responsibilities also include counseling patients and families, documenting progress, and coordinating with rehab leadership to develop policies and programs.

Formación

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology is required.
• ASHA CCC-SLP certification preferred.
• CT Speech-Language Pathology license required.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, swallowing, and cognitive-communication disorders.
• Design individualized treatment plans.
• Perform FEES and Modified Barium Swallow studies.
• Provide patient-family counseling and referrals.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary rehab leadership team.
