Job summary

Trinity Health Of New England in Waterbury, CT is seeking a part-time Speech-Language Pathologist to join our acute care rehabilitation team at Saint Mary's Hospital. The SLP will perform evaluations, establish functional goals, and provide direct patient care in a mission-driven environment.

You will collaborate with patients, families and an interdisciplinary team, ensure accurate documentation, and contribute to flexible scheduling and per diem opportunities.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• CT licensure in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Experience in acute care rehabilitation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs comprehensive evaluations.
• Develops goals and treatment plans based on evaluations.
• Collaborates with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team.
• Completes documentation in accordance with standards.
