Job summary

Cortica - Neurodevelopmental is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to deliver play-based therapy within a transdisciplinary pediatric care model. You will develop individualized plans and lead families through evidence-based strategies in collaboration with neurologists, pediatricians, OT/PT, and ABA professionals.

Qualifications

  • Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
  • Active SLP licensure in the practicing state(s).
  • ASHA CCC-SLP certification required or expected.

Responsibilities

  • Provide dynamic, play-based speech and language therapy integrated with sensory, motor, and cognitive strategies.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans aligned with a holistic, transdisciplinary approach to care.
  • Educate and empower families to extend communication strategies beyond therapy sessions.
