Job summary

Cortica, based in California, seeks a Speech-Language Pathologist to deliver child-centered therapy within a transdisciplinary pediatric model. You will contribute to Cortica’s Clinical Ladder, receive mentorship, and pursue leadership opportunities while delivering life-changing care.

The role emphasizes collaboration with neurologists, developmental pediatricians, nurses, ABA and other therapists, with a focus on family education and program development.

Qualifications

  • Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Active licensure in the state where you practice.
  • ASHA CCC-SLP certification.

Responsibilities

  • Provide dynamic, play-based speech and language therapy for children.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans aligned with a transdisciplinary care model.
  • Educate and empower families to carry strategies into daily life.
  • Engage in cross-discipline consultations to achieve best outcomes.
  • Maintain documentation and comply with policies.

Who We’re Looking For
