The Role

We are seeking an experienced and committed Speech and Language Specialist to provide individualized support to students with speech and language needs identified through an Individualized Education Program (IEP). The specialist will work one-on-one with students to strengthen communication skills, support progress toward IEP goals, and help students build skills that contribute to their success in school. Services will primarily be provided outside of students' regular school hours.

This part-time role is ideal for a certified professional who enjoys working directly with students and values the flexibility of individualized, student-centered support.

What You Will Do

What We Are Looking For

• Experience working with students with IEPs and supporting individualized goals.
• Knowledge of evidence-based speech and language practices and progress monitoring.
• Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with families, educators, and other professionals.
• A commitment to supporting each learner's growth and success.

Schedule & Compensation

• Part-time, flexible schedule based on student needs and availability, primarily outside of regular school hours.
• Compensation: $70.00 per hour.

Work Location

• Primarily in-person in Philadelphia and the surrounding suburbs, including student homes, centers, libraries, or other approved locations.
• Occasional virtual services may be assigned, as appropriate.
