Qualifications

• Valid Pennsylvania Educational Specialist certificate for School Speech and Language Pathologist PK-12.
• Experience providing speech and language services to students with IEPs.
• Experience working with students in school settings.
• Knowledge of evidence-based SLP practices and progress monitoring.
• Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with families and educators.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one speech and language services aligned with students' IEP goals.
• Conduct initial assessments to identify student needs and inform services.
• Develop and adapt strategies and materials to meet individual speech and language needs.
• Collaborate with families, teachers, and other specialists, as appropriate, to support student progress.
• Track and communicate student progress and adjust services based on individual needs.
• Maintain appropriate documentation related to student services and progress.
