• Must have reliable transportation.
• Valid driver’s license and current auto insurance if using a personal vehicle for work.
• Successful completion of an MVR check.

Responsibilities

• Follow client SOPs and company protocols.
• Verify and document patient demographic, identification, and insurance information.
• Collect, process, label, package, and ship laboratory specimens per procedures.
• Ensure specimen integrity through proper handling, storage, and transport.
• Enter orders and maintain accurate documentation in applicable systems.
• Adhere to HIPAA, OSHA, and all relevant healthcare regulations.
• Provide professional, courteous, and compassionate support to patients during collection.
• Maintain high accuracy in data entry and recordkeeping.
• Monitor supplies and maintain a clean, safe work environment.
• Collaborate with laboratory staff, healthcare providers, and clients to support operations.
