You will verify demographics and insurance information, document orders, and ensure specimen integrity in a fast-paced clinical setting. You will work Tue, Thu, and Fri 9am–3pm with a focus on delivering compassionate patient care and maintaining meticulous records.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Collect, process, label, package, and ship laboratory specimens in accordance with SOPs and client requirements.
• Verify and document patient demographic, identification, and insurance information.
• Enter orders and maintain accurate specimen and patient documentation in applicable systems.
• Adhere to HIPAA, OSHA, and all healthcare regulations.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Collaborate with laboratory staff, healthcare providers, and clients to support operations.
