Job summary

Millennium Health is seeking a Part Time Specimen Collector to support patient specimen collection at Lebanon, MO and Marshfield, MO. You will collect urine and oral fluid samples, process and package for shipping, and coordinate with the practice and the laboratory.

The schedule is Thursday and Friday 7:45am–4:00pm, with alternating Fridays in Marshfield. The role requires HIPAA/compliance awareness, reliable transportation, and strong customer service to ensure accurate patient information and

Qualifications

• 6+ months specimen collection experience or 1+ year in medical field.
• 2+ years customer service experience acceptable.
• Must navigate smartphone and computer.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• HIPAA/HiTrust/compliance awareness required.
• High School diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Collect urine and/or oral fluid specimens.
• Process and package collections for shipping.
• Serve as intermediary between practice/clinic and laboratory.
• Record patient information and physician order details.
• Manage collection supplies inventory onsite; observe collection features.
• Travel between facilities as needed.
