Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment with strong quality and confidentiality.
• Healthcare experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Basic computer skills including email and Windows navigation.

Responsibilities

• Collect biological specimens at client sites following SOPs.
• Maintain chain of custody and proper labeling of samples.
• Verify insurance information and assist with billing as needed.
• Package specimens for shipment and ensure proper documentation.
• Answer questions regarding Aegis policies and processes.
• Attend required compliance training including HIPAA.
• Order supplies and monitor budget with supervisor assistance.
• Maintain good communication with regional sales and ASM teams.
• Support marketing and sales objectives related to sample collection.
• Adhere to safety requirements and PPE usage.
