Job summary

Nanny Poppins Agency is seeking a reliable live-out nanny to care for two neurodiverse children, ages 5 and 4, in a family relocating from Dedham to Wellesley, MA in December. The role is part-time and requires weekend flexibility, with a 30-hour minimum guarantee and a car-ready commute to the new home.

The ideal candidate has prior professional nanny experience, strong safety awareness, and excellent communication with caregivers and therapists.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Keep the children safe and secure at home, in the car, and in the community.
• Get the children ready in the morning and make breakfast.
• Drive the children to and from school and activities.
• Provide one-on-one care and coordinate with other caregivers.
• Support routines and follow school/therapy strategies.
• Plan engaging, age-appropriate activities after school.
