BAYADA Home Health Care, Inc. is seeking Direct Support Professionals to provide compassionate in-home care for individuals with ID/DD in Missouri. Part-time positions require at least one year of verifiable experience. Opportunities exist in Liberty, Karney, and Gladstone.

We offer weekly pay at $18/hour, flexible scheduling, short commutes, a positive work environment, scholarship programs, paid time off, and 24/7 on-call clinical manager support to help you succeed in this essential role.

Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities of a Home Care Direct Support Professional:

• Passion for providing mental/behavioral health care to individuals with ID/DD
• Ability to work independently in a client’s home/community
• Must be able to provide transportation for client during community activities.
