BAYADA Home Health Care in Kansas City, MO is seeking compassionate Direct Support Professionals to assist individuals with IDD in their homes and communities. Requirements include at least one year of verifiable experience with IDD, ability to drive clients in your own car to activities, and a flexible schedule.

We offer weekly pay, flexible scheduling, short commutes, and a supportive work environment. You will join a team that provides 24/7 on-call clinical manager support, scholarship

Would you like to give compassionate care to clients with intellectual and developmental disabilities in the comfort of their own homes? To qualify for this position, you must have at least one year of verifiable work experience with individuals who have intellectual/developmental disabilities.

We have current, part time, Direct Support Professional openings in the following locations:

• Kansas City, MO and surrounding areas
• Liberty, MO
• Blue Springs, MO

Job Responsibilities of a Home Care Direct Support Professional:

• Passion for providing mental/behavioral health care to individuals with ID/DD
• Ability to work independently in a client’s home/community
• Ability to drive clients in your own car to community activities
